THIS DESIGN WAS BIRTHED FROM A SCULPTURE MILEY CREATED WHICH WAS SELECTED AS THE OFFICIAL COMMEMORATIVE FOR RONALD REAGAN’S FIRST INAUGURAL. WHEN MILEY LEARNED THE U.
