We feel obligated to add this to our item description. We’ve had a number of questions regarding this coins recovery population and we stand behind our information 100%. One ebayer sent us a question or more of a statement saying that he knows that there are only 13 of these coins recovered and that he has two of them. We sent a reply back to that ebayer and said that there is no way there are only 13 of these coins recovered, there are 32 of them. We also put our reputation on the line and said that if he would send us the last two numbers of the coins certification number that we would send him the first six digits of both of his coins and we never received a response. Is not intentionally withholding population numbers from the World Trade Center Recovered Coin numismatic community, it is just that they really do not have the information due to some internal issues during that time period. They have the certification numbers on file, they just never separated the World Trade Center Coins during the certification process from the regular issues in their population report.
